Unico 2087 is about an hour and a half (give or take) from the Cancun airport and sits between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum. Unico has a modern, tropical aesthetic with touches of European feeling decor. Unico 2087 is most known for their high-quality of food and drinks, with 5 restaurants, 5 bars and one great sandwich and coffee shop.

Unico 2087 Wedding Venue Options:

• Wedding Gazebo

  • The wedding gazebo is the most popular choice for couple’s getting married at Unico 2087. This private location has a solid, non-sandy surface, but still has ocean views. Ceremonies Only.

  • Maximum 90 seated guests

• Beach Location

  • The beach location sits on Unico’s white sands on the north side of the resort.

  • Maximum 150 guests. Ceremony and cocktail hour.

• La Costera and Nayade Terrace

  • These are separated concrete areas in the center of the resort, possible for welcome parties or receptions.

  • Costera max. 120 guests, Nayade max. 240 guests.

  • Event Curfew for both venues, 10:30pm.

• El Patio Terrace

  • This is the most popular reception venue at the resort. Outdoors with the signature yellow-lined flooring (changing soon).

  • Max 190 guests.

  • Event Curfew 2am.

• Green Terrace aka Terraza Verde

  • This gigantic space is outside of the spa, surrounded by jungle greenery. It used to be the resort’s tennis courts, but it has been remodeled to an event space (no more courts, but the court lighting remains).

  • Maximum 800 guests (perfect for Indian destination weddings).

• Ballroom Foyer

  • The air-conditioned hallway outside of the ballrooms. This is used as a rain back-up for ceremonies or cocktail hours.

  • Maximum 40 guests.

• Ballroom

  • The air-conditioned event space used as a rain option for wedding receptions.

  • Maximum 300 guests.

  • Event curfew 2am.

• Mi Carisa Restaurant.

  • The Mediterranean restaurant at Unico 2087, with an outdoor deck on the resort’s manmade lagoon can be rented for an additional charge for welcome parties or receptions.

  • Maximum 75 guests.

• Lobby Sky Deck.

  • This second floor patio overlooks the center of the resort above the lobby. Often used as a light rain plan B. There is an indoor area as well.

  • Maximum 50 guests.
