Dual Resorts: Dreams and Secrets Playa Mujeres are connecting resorts with Dreams being larger and family-friendly, and Secrets being the Adults-only side. All Secrets guests have access to both sides of the resort and adults 18+ staying at Dreams, have access to the Secrets side.

Wedding Venue Options at Dreams Playa Mujeres:
Beach Gazebo: A wedding option on the sand with an ocean background. Available for ceremonies, cocktail hours and receptions. For wedding receptions during turtle nesting season May 1st-November 30th, a 9pm curfew is mandatory.
Maximum Guests: Approx. 200
Regular Event Curfew 11:00pm
Central Garden: This is the central garden area in the middle of the resort, with grassy grounds and a pool background. Available for ceremonies, cocktail hours and receptions.
Maximum 350 guests.
This venue requires a minimum of 70 guests, and they will not compromise on this number.
Event curfew 11:00pm
Pool Platform at Central Garden: This is a ceremony option behind the central garden, wherein you can have clear acrylic platforms built over the pool for you and your wedding party to stand during the ceremony.
Allows 70 minimum and 150 maximum guests.
Ceremony times only at 5:00 or 6:00pm
Ocean View Presidential Suite: A private ocean view suite with a terrace and rooftop that can host your wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. This suite has an “over pool” ceremony option.
This suite requires a 3 night minimum stay.
Maximum 80 guests.
This suite is only available through travel agents (such as ourselves).
Paramount Suite: A private ocean view suite with a terrace that can host up to 2 events for your wedding day, your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour or reception.
Requires a 2 night minimum stay.
Can host 80 people for a ceremony only and 60 people for a reception.
Azure Veranda: This is one of the resort’s “Plan B” rain option. This is an indoor/outdoor option with an air-conditioned interior event space, and an outdoor veranda.
Maximum 100 guests.
Ballroom: This is another of the resort’s rain options. It is a private air-conditioned space.
Maximum 250 guests
Pool Terraces: There are 2 pool terraces available for receptions after 6pm only.
Maximum 70 guests.
Mermaid and Cove Terraces: These are smaller concrete areas in the center of the resort that can be used for Welcome Parties or Receptions.
Mermaid Terrace has a maximum of 150 people for Welcome Parties or 70 people for Wedding Receptiond.
Cove Terrace has a maximum of 80 people for Welcome Parties and 40 people for receptions.
Secrets Playa Mujeres: Currently, they are booked until renovations- so we’ll revisit after renovations to see what they have created for wedding venues.
